The ad was included in a special real estate advertising section and was apparently purchased by "Rock Cliff" (www.rockcliff.com), a company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's funny that they advertise homes starting at $280,000 - I don't think you can buy an empty lot today for less than $300,000.
