This is part 2 of 2 of a promotional video for Loreto Bay and contains a lot of good information on the Agua Viva Neighborhood and what they are trying to accomplish.
I apologize for the quality of the videos, but the only way I could find to get a copy of them was by manually recording the video stream through a hand-held camera. The sound came out ok.
